📘 BUYER’S TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing any digital product (including but not limited to eBooks, PDFs, guides, reports, or digital downloads) from economicfrontline.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any payment. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not proceed with the purchase.
1. A- Nature of Products & Formatting
All products sold on this website are:
Digital Only: Delivered electronically as downloadable files (PDF format). No physical book or printed material will be delivered.
Fixed Formatting: The structure, layout, fonts, text size, and overall design of the books are set by Economic Frontline. These are non-negotiable and will be delivered "as is."
Watermarking: All digital products contain permanent visible and/or invisible watermarks (including buyer-specific identifiers) even after purchase. These are integrated for copyright protection and will not be removed.
1. B- Advanced Security & Password Protection
To prevent unauthorized sharing and protect our intellectual property, all digital products are protected by multiple layers of security:
Mandatory Password Protection: Every digital file (PDF/eBook) is encrypted. You will be required to enter a password each time you view the document.
Unique User Passwords: Each buyer is assigned a unique, non-transferable password generated based on the personal information provided (e.g., Phone Number, eSewa ID, or Email).
Credential Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping your unique password secure. Sharing your password with others is a violation of these terms and will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.
2. Payment & Delivery Terms
Payment Methods: Accepted through eSewa or other local digital wallets.
Buyer Responsibility: You must pay the exact amount, verify the eSewa ID, and provide a clear, unedited screenshot of the payment confirmation.
Verification: Once payment is verified via our official WhatsApp/email, the digital file will be delivered. Delivery times may vary based on message volume.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Final Sale: Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads and the generation of unique security credentials, all sales are final.
No Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for "accidental" purchases, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or device incompatibility. Once a file is sent, the transaction is complete and non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy
All content is the exclusive property of Economic Frontline.
No Printing/Publishing: You are strictly prohibited from printing, hard-copy publishing, or duplicating these files for anything other than personal digital viewing.
No Distribution: Sharing files in Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, social media, or Google Drive links is a violation of international copyright law.
Legal Action: Any unauthorized sharing, reselling, or removal of watermarks will result in immediate legal action, compensation to our site, and a permanent ban from all our platforms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
No Professional Guarantee: While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that the content is "professional grade" or free from stylistic errors.

Support: We are not responsible for your device's inability to open files or internet connectivity issues.
8. Fraud & False Claims
Any attempt to send fake/edited screenshots or claim non-delivery after the file has been "seen" or "received" on WhatsApp/Email will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to report such activities to the relevant digital wallet providers and authorities.
9. Changes to Terms
Economic Frontline reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Agreement Confirmation: By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed above, specifically the No-Refund Policy and the Anti-Piracy/Watermark clauses.
